Each year, ACI-NA’s Airports@Work Conference brings together leaders in the aviation industry to discuss airport safety, security and technology with the goal of optimizing airport operations to meet today’s and tomorrow’s challenges.
This year, FaceFirst CEO Peter Trepp will be headed to Salt Lake City to take part in a panel on innovative applications of airport security.
Peter will be discussing the use of facial recognition in airports for both security and commercial purposes. He’ll share how face recognition can help prevent terrorism and baggage theft. He will also touch on combating insider threats. He’ll also discuss the facial recognition technology’s potential to radically reduce friction, from curbside check-in to boarding the plane.
